Terms
Borrowers applying to the microfinance organization for the first time can get a loan ranging from 3 000 to 50 000 RUB for a period of 7 days to 51 weeks. Returning borrowers can access short-term loans from 3 000 to 30 000 RUB for 7 to 30 days, and long-term loans from 10 000 to 100 000 RUB for 10 to 25 weeks. In the first case, the interest rate on the microloan is 0.8% per day, and in the second case, from 0.48% per day.
Early loan repayment is available at the Rubl.ru microfinance organization. To close a microloan earlier than the date established by the agreement, you must pay the principal amount and the interest accrued for the actual period of using the money.
Microloan extension is also available at the microfinance organization. To prolong the loan, you must pay the interest for the actual time the money was used.
In case of untimely microloan repayment, the microfinance organization charges a penalty. Its amount is 0.5% per day, but not more than 20% per annum of the overdue debt amount. Thus, if a borrower received 15 000 RUB and failed to repay the debt on time, the microfinance organization will charge a penalty of 8.22 RUB for each day of delay plus accrued interest.
Borrowers who meet the following requirements can apply for a loan at the Rubl.ru microfinance organization:
- are citizens of the Russian Federation;
- have permanent registration within the territory of Russia;
- aged 18 to 75.
To apply for a microloan, you will only need a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation. In addition, you will need a debit or credit card with a positive balance and a device with internet access.
Microloans can only be received on a MIR, Visa, or MasterCard bank card.
You can repay the microloan using one of the methods listed below:
- via a Mir, Visa, or Mastercard bank card — enter your card details in your personal account, and the required amount will be debited on the payment date;
- via bank account details — in internet banking or the mobile app, you will need to specify the IFC's details, agreement number, and payment amount.

How to apply
You can apply for a microloan online on the official website of the microfinance organization. To do this, you need to:
- indicate the desired loan amount and term and mobile phone number on the main page of the website;
- check the box and click the "Get loan" button;

- enter the confirmation code from the SMS message;
- come up with a permanent password;
- click the "Sign In" button;

- indicate full name, email address, gender, date and place of birth, link to social media profiles;
- click the “Next” button;
- indicate passport details;
- click the “Next” button;

- indicate residential address and registration address;
- click the “Next” button;

- provide employment and income information;
- click the “Next” button.

After filling out the application form, you need to undergo identity verification and specify the loan disbursement method.
