По его словам, он вдохновлялся моделью обслуживания некоторых крупных американских банков, которые сосредоточены на удаленной выдаче кредитных и дебетовых карт. Здраствуйте! Я вот недавно оформила себе кредитку ЛУКОЙЛ от Т-Банка. В общем-то, впечатления в основном позитивные. Понравилась программа лояльности: копишь балы, потом меняешь на топливо. Удобно. Кредитный лимит у меня не очень большой, но более чем достаточный для моих нужд. Все безналичные платежи проходят быстро, сбоев не заметила. Очень порадовал кэшбек на заправках ЛУКОЙЛ, приличная экономия получается. Заявку рассмотрели быстро, карту прислали в срок. Что касается процентов, то тут, конечно, как и везде, но если платить вовремя, то нормально. С онлайн-банкингом тоже все в порядке, баланс и выписки всегда под рукой. Но вот срок действия карты мне показался коротковат, всего 2 года. В целом, рекомендую.

I got the card for shopping on Ali, everything seemed fine. The application processing time is simply ideal, a little over a week and the card was in my hands. But problems with card maintenance started; any balance operation via online banking became a real pain. Statements arrive with a delay, and sometimes I have to call support to clarify information. The maintenance fees are acceptable, but the cashback leaves much to be desired. Plus, the card validity period is only 2 years, which is a bit short.

Переводы с карты на карту выполняются моментально. Комиссий нет, деньги не едят. Есть кэшбэк, еще и процент на остаток начисляют. Обслуживание на высоте, с возвратом средств проблем не возникало.
