Tinkoff Bank does not charge a fee for card issuance, nor for courier delivery to your home or office. The maintenance cost of the "Tinkoff Drive" debit card is 299 RUB per month. The cardholder can use it for free if they meet at least one of the conditions:
- maintain a minimum card balance of 50,000 RUB or more;
- take out a loan from Tinkoff Bank with disbursement to this card account.
Additionally, the bank client can enable notifications for deposits and withdrawals. The cost of this service is 59 RUB per month for Tinkoff Mobile phone numbers and 99 RUB per month for other numbers.
You can top up your "Tinkoff Drive" debit card without commission by transferring between your own accounts, as well as with cash at ATMs of Tinkoff Bank and partner banks. Card funding is also possible through the following methods:
- transfer by bank card number;
- transfer by phone number via the Faster Payments System;
- via a bank account wire transfer.
The bank does not charge a commission for cash withdrawals at ATMs of Tinkoff Bank and partner banks up to 500,000 RUB per month. In addition, the cardholder can cash out at devices of third-party credit institutions for amounts from 3,000 RUB per transaction up to 100,000 RUB per month. In other cases, they will need to pay a commission of 2% of the transaction amount, but not less than 90 RUB.

T-Bank does not charge a fee for transfers between own accounts held within the credit institution. In addition, cardholders do not have to pay a fee when sending money to other banks by phone number via the Faster Payments System for amounts up to 5,000,000 RUB per month. You can also transfer money to clients of other credit institutions free of charge by card number for amounts up to 20,000 RUB per month. The fee for exceeding this limit is 1.5% of the transaction amount, but not less than 30 RUB.
By paying with a debit card from T-Bank, cardholders can earn cashback on purchases:
- 1% on regular purchases;
- up to 5% for paying traffic police fines in the mobile app and internet banking;
- up to 5% for purchases in the "Auto Services" category;
- 5% for purchasing any insurance policy on the Tinkoff Insurance website;
- up to 10% for purchases at any gas station;
- up to 30% for purchases via T-Bank special offers.
The cashback earned can be spent on compensating for purchases in the “Auto Services” category at a rate of 1 bonus = 1 RUB, as well as on cashback for purchases at gas stations at a rate of 1.5 bonuses = 1 RUB.
T-Bank does not accrue interest on the balance of the Tinkoff Drive card. Additionally, cardholders can open a savings account with a maximum interest rate of 7% per annum.

How to apply
T-Bank has no physical offices. For this reason, you can apply for a card only online — via internet banking or on the official website. To do this, the prospective cardholder needs to go to the card application page and click the “Apply for Card” button.

In the form that appears, you should enter the client's last name, first name, and patronymic, mobile phone number, email address, date of birth, and citizenship. You can also optionally enter a car number and a promo code if you have one. Next, click the “Apply” button.

Finally, the cardholder needs to confirm their application with the code received via SMS.
Rates
at third-party bank ATMs for amounts starting from 3,000 RUB per transaction and up to 100,000 RUB per month — free of charge;
at third-party bank ATMs in other cases — 2%, but not less than 90 RUB
