If you frequently refuel at LUKOIL gas stations, we recommend getting the “LUKOIL — Tinkoff” credit card from Tinkoff Bank. By paying with it, you can earn up to 20% cashback and spend the earned points on full or partial payment for fuel and other purchases at LUKOIL gas stations.
Terms
Issuance of primary and supplementary cards, as well as their reissuance and delivery to your home or office, is always free. You will need to pay 990 RUB per year for card maintenance.
Additionally, you can enable transaction notifications. The service costs 59 RUB per month for Tinkoff Mobile numbers and 99 RUB per month for other numbers. With a “Tinkoff Pro” subscription, transaction notifications are free.
The credit limit on the card ranges from 15,000 to 1,000,000 RUB and is determined individually for each borrower.
Installments of up to 12 months are available for purchases made at Tinkoff Bank partner stores. For regular purchases, the grace period is up to 55 days.
The minimum monthly payment on the credit card is no more than 8% of the debt amount, but no less than 600 RUB.
The bank does not charge interest on purchases made within the grace period. Outside the interest-free period, Tinkoff charges from 15% to 39.9% per annum on purchases and from 29.9% to 59.9% per annum on cash withdrawals and transfers.
If the minimum payment is missed, the bank charges a penalty of 20% per annum on the overdue debt amount.
For cash withdrawals, you will need to pay a fee of 2.9% of the transaction amount plus 390 RUB. You can transfer money for free via Tinkoff Bank's own services up to 100,000 RUB per month with a “Tinkoff Pro” subscription and up to 50,000 RUB per month without one. For exceeding this limit, you will need to pay a fee of 1% of the transaction amount, but no less than 390 RUB.
By paying with your credit card, you can earn cashback on purchases:
- 1 point per 100 RUB for regular purchases;
- 2 points per 100 RUB spent at cafes and restaurants;
- 4 points per 100 RUB at LUKOIL gas stations;
- 20 points per 100 RUB for purchases at T-Bank Insurance.
In addition to standard cashback, you can earn points through the "Fuel Up with Savings" loyalty program: up to 10% for fuel purchases at LUKOIL gas stations and up to 50 points for referring friends to the loyalty program.
Borrowers who meet the following requirements can apply for the credit card:
- are citizens of the Russian Federation;
- have permanent or temporary registration within the territory of Russia;
- aged 18 to 70.
To obtain the credit card, you only need to provide a Russian passport. However, the bank may additionally request documents confirming your income and employment.

How to apply
T-Bank has no physical offices, so you can apply for a credit card only online—via your personal account in internet banking or the mobile app. To do this, go to the credit card application page and click the "Apply for Card" button.

Next, you need to specify your desired credit limit and the purpose of the card, enter your last name, first name, and patronymic, mobile phone number, email address, and promo code if you have one. Also, click the "Next" button. Then you need to enter the confirmation code from the SMS message. Next, in the window that opens, enter your passport details, registration address, and actual residential address. Click the "Next" button.
Then you need to enter your employment details and click the "Next" button.
Finally, you need to enter your personal income, check the box, and click "Apply".
