About the card
“URBAN CARD” is a rewarding credit card from Credit Europe Bank. The company offers favorable maintenance terms: free use, installment plans of up to 12 months, cashback of up to 10% on purchases, and more.
Terms
Card issuance, as well as reissue due to expiration or at the bank's initiative, is always free. Credit Europe Bank also does not charge a fee for using the card. Additionally, you can enable transaction alerts. The cost of this service is 59 RUB per month.
For card re-issuance at your initiative, for example, due to a lost card, lost PIN code, change of personal data, and so on, the bank will charge a fee of 300 RUB.
The credit limit on the card is up to 600,000 RUB. It is determined for each borrower individually.
Installment plans of up to 12 months are available for purchases made at Credit Europe Bank partner stores. For regular purchases — up to 55 days.
The minimum monthly payment on the credit card is 2% of the debt amount, but not less than 200 RUB plus accrued interest for using the funds.
The bank does not charge interest on purchases made within the grace period. Outside the interest-free period, Credit Europe Bank charges 29.9% per annum on any transactions.
If the minimum payment is missed, the bank charges a penalty of 20% per annum on the overdue debt amount.
For cash withdrawals, you will need to pay a fee of 4.9% of the transaction amount, but not less than 399 RUB, and for transfers 1.9%, but not less than 199 RUB.
By paying with your credit card, you can earn cashback on purchases:
- 1% on regular purchases;
- 3% for car and motorcycle rentals;
- 5% for purchases in the "Gas Stations" and "Auto Services" categories;
- 10% for purchases in the "Public Transport" category.
Borrowers who meet the following requirements can apply for the credit card:
- are citizens of the Russian Federation;
- have permanent registration in Russia or registration at the place of stay or residence;
- aged 18 and older;
- have a regular source of income.
To obtain the credit card, you only need to provide a Russian passport. However, the bank may additionally request documents confirming your income and employment.

How to apply
You can apply for a credit card at a Credit Europe Bank branch or online on the bank's official website. In the first case, you need to visit the credit institution's office with the necessary documents. To apply online, you need to:
- go to the Credit Europe Bank website;
- click the "Apply for card" button;
- click the "Log in via Gosuslugi" button;
- log in to the Gosuslugi website;
- click the "Grant" button;
- click the "Allow" button;
- verify the entered data, specify your city of residence, monthly income, and length of employment at your current organization, and check the boxes;
- click the "Get SMS code" button;
- enter the confirmation code from the SMS message;
- click the “Next” button.
