About the loan
Using a property-secured loan, borrowers can get a large amount at a low interest rate, for example, to purchase a land plot, a private house, a car, or for serious medical treatment. Tinkoff Bank offers its clients to apply for up to 30,000,000 RUB for a term of up to 15 years at a relatively low rate.
Terms
At Tinkoff Bank, borrowers can apply for a property-secured loan ranging from 200,000 RUB to 30,000,000 RUB for a term of 1 year to 15 years. The interest rate ranges from 8.9% to 40% per annum. The bank determines the overpayment for each borrower on an individual basis.
At Tinkoff Bank, borrowers can get a refund for a portion of the paid interest if provided for by the tariff. To do this, they need to call the bank no later than 3 months from the date of loan repayment. The difference between the initial and reduced rates can reach up to 10% per annum.
Tinkoff Bank clients have the opportunity to make full or partial early repayment of the loan. In order to deposit the amount to close the loan, it is necessary to notify the bank in advance of your decision before the date of the next monthly payment.
In the event of a borrower's default on a monthly payment, Tinkoff Bank charges a penalty. The penalty amount is 1/366 of the Central Bank of Russia's key rate applied to the overdue principal amount and accrued interest.
Borrowers who meet the following requirements can apply for a property-secured loan from T-Bank:
- citizenship of the Russian Federation;
- having permanent or temporary registration within the Russian Federation;
- aged from 18 years at the time of loan execution up to 70 years at the time of the expected end date of the loan agreement.
To get a property-secured loan, you only need to provide a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation. However, T-Bank reserves the right to request additional documents confirming income and employment.
Loan funds can only be received on a debit card issued by T-Bank.
Monthly payments are automatically deducted from an account opened with T-Bank. You can top up this account using the following methods:
- by transfer between your own accounts opened at Tinkoff Bank;
- by transfer from cards of other banks;
- in cash through T-Bank ATMs;
- in cash via partner bank ATMs.

How to apply
T-Bank does not have physical branches, so you can only apply for a property-secured loan online on the credit institution's website. To do this, you need to:
- click the "Calculate loan" button on the website page dedicated to the loan;

- enter your desired loan amount and term, loan purpose, last name, first name, and patronymic, mobile phone number, and email address;
- click the “Next” button;
- provide passport details, permanent registration address and actual residential address;
- click the “Next” button;
- provide employment and income information;
- click the "Apply" button.
