How to apply
T-Bank has no physical branches, so you can only apply for a debit card online — on the official website or in the mobile app. To do this, you need to:
- go to the T-Bank website;
- click the "Apply for card" button;
- provide your full name, mobile phone number, email address, date of birth, and citizenship;
- provide your nickname and promo code, if you have one;
- click the "Apply" button;
- enter the confirmation code from the SMS message;
- provide the full delivery address, date, and time of the meeting with the courier;
- click the "Order Delivery" button.
After you submit your application, a T-Bank representative will contact you to agree on the location, date, and time of the meeting with the courier. On the scheduled day, all you have to do is sign the card servicing agreement and activate the card in the mobile app.
