“Finliner” is a microfinance organization that specializes in issuing large microloans. Thus, borrowers can get up to 5 million RUB here for a term of up to 60 months secured by a vehicle title. The interest rate here is lower than that of competitors—starting from 2% per month.
Terms
At the microfinance organization “Finliner”, borrowers can access a loan ranging from 50,000 to 1 million RUB for a term of 3 to 60 months. The minimum interest rate here is 2% per month, and the maximum is 12%. The company determines the overpayment for each borrower on an individual basis.
Early repayment of the microloan is available at the microfinance organization. To use this option, you need to pay the principal amount of the debt plus interest accrued for the actual period of using the money. You can check the exact amount of funds required for early contract termination in your personal account on the microfinance organization's website.
The microfinance organization “Finliner” does not provide for the extension of microloans.
In case of untimely loan repayment, the microfinance organization charges a penalty. Its amount is 20% per annum of the overdue debt amount. Let's look at a short example. A borrower received 60,000 RUB and allowed a payment delay. In this case, their fine is 32.88 RUB for each day of delay plus interest accrued for using the money.
Borrowers who meet the following requirements can get a microloan from the microfinance organization “Finliner”:
- are citizens of the Russian Federation;
- aged 18 to 80 years old;
- own a vehicle registered with the traffic police (GIBDD).
To submit an application for a microloan, you will need a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation and a vehicle title. The microfinance organization may also request additional documents. You can check the current list with a manager.
You can receive a microloan using one of the following methods:
- to a MIR, Visa, or MasterCard bank card;
- to a bank account using bank details;
- in cash at the microfinance organization's branches.
You can repay the microloan using one of the methods listed below:
- via a Mir, Visa, or Mastercard bank card — enter your card details in your personal account, and the required amount will be debited on the payment date;
- via bank account details: in your internet bank or mobile app, you will need to enter the MFI's details, the contract number, and the payment amount;
- at Euroset and Svyaznoy terminals — you need to select the microfinance organization in the menu, specify the contract number and payment amount;
- from electronic wallets and YooMoney — you also need to select the microfinance organization in the menu, specify the contract number and payment amount;
- at Sberbank and T-Bank ATMs — you also need to select the microfinance organization in the menu, specify the contract number and payment amount.
How to apply
You can get a loan from the microfinance organization “Finliner” in two ways: at a branch of the microfinance organization or on the official website. In the first case, you need to visit the office during business hours with all the necessary documents. And to apply online, you need to:
- on the main page of the loan, indicate the desired loan amount and term, last name, first name and patronymic, and mobile phone number;
- check the box and click the "Get Money" button.

Next, you need to wait for a call from a manager to proceed with the loan processing.
