2. MAIN TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

2.1. Website — a set of web pages hosted on the Internet and united by a single domain address space https://sravnim24.online/. The starting page of the Website, from which access to all other web pages of the Website can be obtained, is located on the Internet at https://sravnim24.online/.

2.2. Personal Data — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (personal data subject).

The Website uses Yandex.Metrika for tracking and web analytics provided by YANDEX LLC (Russian Federation, 119021, Moscow, 16 Leo Tolstoy St.). 3.2. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data concerning racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs.

4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

4.1. The collection and processing of the user's personal data specified in clauses 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 of this Policy is carried out by the Operator for the purposes of:

• contacting the user when necessary, including sending notifications, requests, and information related to the use of the Website.
• processing requests and applications from the user.

4.2. The collection and processing of the user's personal data specified in clause 3.1.3 is carried out by the Operator to generate statistics that help understand how users interact with the Website, enabling the optimization of its structure and content, and improving user experience.

5.2. The processed personal data shall be destroyed or anonymized by the Operator upon achieving the processing purposes or if it is no longer necessary to achieve them, as well as when the User withdraws their consent to the processing of personal data.

5.3. Withdrawal of consent by the user entails the destruction of records containing personal data in the Operator's personal data processing systems.

5.4. The User has the right to demand that the Operator clarify, block, or destroy their personal data if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take other measures provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation to protect their rights.

5.5. The User's right to modify, delete, or block personal information may be restricted by the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.6. The confidentiality of the user's personal data is maintained, except in cases established in clause 5.7 of this Policy.

5.7. The Operator is entitled to transfer the user's personal data to third parties in the following cases:

5.7.1. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the established procedure (by court order, law enforcement request, etc.);

5.7.2. To ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator.

6. PROTECTION OF USERS' PERSONAL DATA

6.1. The level of security of users' personal data complies with the requirements established by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1119 dated November 1, 2012, "On Approval of Personal Data Protection Requirements When Processing Personal Data in Personal Data Information Systems."

6.2. The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the user's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illegal actions of third parties in accordance with the requirements of Order of the FSTEC of Russia No. 21 dated February 18, 2013, "On Approval of the Composition and Content of Organizational and Technical Measures to Ensure Personal Data Security When Processing Personal Data in Personal Data Information Systems."

6.3. Website https://sravnim24.online/ has an SSL security certificate, which is used to transmit information between the user and the Operator in encrypted form to prevent interception and distortion during transmission.

7. LIABILITY

7.1. In case of non-fulfillment of its obligations, the Operator shall be liable for losses incurred by the user in connection with the misuse of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except as provided in clause 7.2 of this Policy.

7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of the user's personal data, the Operator shall not be liable if this information became public domain prior to its loss or disclosure, or was disclosed by the user themselves or with the user's consent.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. The Operator has the right to make changes and additions to this Policy. The new version of the Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the website https://sravnim24.online/, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.

8.2. Relations regarding the processing and protection of personal data not regulated by this Policy shall be governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
