But then fees started appearing, the ones you wouldn't expect. The balance is melting before my eyes, I don't even have time to top it up. The card is probably more for gamers than for an ordinary working guy. Anyway, it's not for me. I advise thinking it over before getting it.

Tried out the Smart Mir card from Gazprombank. Online banking is very convenient to use, everything is fast and clear. The only downside is the commission for withdrawing cash at other banks' ATMs.
