I usually don't write reviews, but I simply couldn't help myself here. I've been with Pochta Bank for about two years now, and so much has happened during this time. At first, there were problems with online banking: the app either freezes or doesn't open at all. Then problems with transfers and payments started arising. But that's half the trouble; the most horrible thing is their interest rates! They are astronomical! And they promised some kind of cashback, but I never saw it. Customer service isn't great either—they promise to call back, but end up forgetting. All in all, I don't advise it.

I check the balance and statements — everything is correct, but it's nothing impressive. There is a refund option too, but it's kind of slow. Card maintenance seems hassle-free, but they dragged out the application review period when I was signing up. Anyway, it's an okay card, but they could make the cashback bigger.

I took out a loan at Promsvyazbank, the credit limit suited me, the repayment schedule is also normal. Service is at a high level, all conditions are transparent, the rate is not cosmic. Everything is flexible, I recommend it!
