A huge disadvantage of the card is cash withdrawal. The available credit limit ranges from 10,000 RUB to 300,000 RUB. An important condition for the Home Credit Bank "Svoboda" installment card is timely payment to replenish the account, otherwise there is a risk that the bank will impose penalty sanctions. Currently, penalties amount to a one-time fee of 590 RUB plus an additional 17.9% on the entire debt amount. The interest rate is calculated on an annualized 12-month basis. "Divide by 3" promotion

During the first two months, the promotion is completely free; starting from the 3rd month onwards, it costs 499 RUB per month. The service fee is not charged if there were absolutely no purchases made at partner stores in the current month.
"Svoboda+" program
This is an additional service package that differs from the main one. Activation and rules for using the services are paid. The total cost of the service is 0.99% of the existing debt at the end of the period, and is at least 99 RUB, but not more than 499 RUB.
The service allows you to receive the following:
- Free skip of one payment. You can skip a payment at any time without incurring penalties.
- Program 6 Plus. Extend the installment period for one of your purchases by 6 months. The maximum cost of the service is 6% of the purchase amount.
- Program 10 Plus. Similar terms to the previous program, except the term is extended by 10 months, and the cost is 10% of the purchase amount.
- Waiver of full debt recovery claims. After activating this service, you must subsequently provide information regarding the death of the cardholder, a natural disaster, disability, or hospitalization for 6 months or more.
- All options can be combined only if the cardholder has not missed a single payment for 6 months.

Considering that Home Credit Bank does not impose requirements regarding the borrower's geographical location, the recipient of the services is understood to be a citizen of Russia living in any region of the country and fully legally competent.
