About the card
"My Life" from UBRD is one of the few debit cards that provides cashback for utility bill payments. By paying bills in the mobile app or on the bank's website, you can partially offset your expenses through the accrued rewards. In addition, the card features free annual maintenance, cash withdrawals, and interbank transfers with no commission.
Terms
Issuance of the main card, as well as its reissue due to expiration or at the bank's initiative, is completely free. You also do not need to pay for the annual maintenance of the card. As an additional service, you can enable transaction alerts. The cost of this service is 99 RUB per month. Transaction alerts are free during the first month of service.
You can top up your card for free at UBRD's own ATMs. Top-ups without commission are also available via a transfer from another bank in any of the following ways:

You can withdraw cash for free at UBRD's own ATMs and partner banks: Alfa-Bank, VUZ-Bank, Raiffeisenbank, Promsvyazbank, VTB, and Otkritie. You can also use ATMs of other credit institutions for up to 100,000 RUB per day in the first month of service with no conditions, and thereafter upon making purchases of 5,000 RUB or more per month. If the conditions described above are not met, you will need to pay a commission of 1% of the transaction amount, but not less than 120 RUB.
You can transfer money for free between your own accounts and to other UBRD clients. You can make transfers to clients of other credit institutions without commission by phone number via the Faster Payments System for up to 100,000 RUB per month.
