URBAN CARD Credit Card from Credit Europe Bank

I signed up for Urban Card, expected more honestly. The card limit is not large, although my credit history is fine. Interest rates are average, not the lowest. Automatic payments work clearly, without problems. There is cashback, but not on all purchases, and I would like a broader loyalty program. Cashless payments go through quickly, which is a plus. They are silent about card-to-card transfers, I don't know if they exist or not. Application review times are fast, I received the card quickly. Card maintenance is also faultless.

URBAN CARD Credit Card from Credit Europe Bank

I have been using a card from Credit Europe Bank for a long time. The credit limit is sufficient and they keep increasing it. Statements always arrive on time, and the balance can be checked via online banking. I make card-to-card transfers without any problems. The cashback is also pleasing, especially at gas stations. Card maintenance is free, and the validity period is 3 years. Only positive impressions!

URBAN CARD Credit Card from Credit Europe Bank

Hello everyone! I recently got this card for myself. The bank reviewed the application quickly, despite my not-so-stellar credit history. I've already used it in stores—cashless payments went smoothly, and cashback was credited on time. Plus, it's convenient that you can transfer money from card to card. Online banking works without failures, which is important nowadays. The interest rate is quite bearable. The card limit turned out to be sufficient for my needs. But most importantly, customer service is top-notch! The only thing I didn't like is that the card validity is only 2 years... Oh well, I'll renew it later))

Credit Europe Bank "URBAN CARD" installment card

I recently got the "URBAN CARD" and my impressions are positive so far. At first, I was attracted by the installment option, but that's not all! The card offers not just installments, but also cashback, which is very pleasant. Everything is easy and simple via online banking — I check my balance, view statements, and manage my funds without any problems. The loyalty program is also great; there are many partners where you can get a discount. The application was reviewed quickly, in just a couple of days, which made me very happy. Customer service is also excellent; you can always contact the bank and get help. I also like that you can set up autopayments, which is very convenient; you don't have to remember to make payments every time. Overall, I'm satisfied so far!

Credit Europe Bank "URBAN CARD" installment card

I got this card thinking it would be convenient. But it turned out otherwise. They promised high limits on the card, but in reality they are very small. Card maintenance also leaves much to be desired—something is constantly wrong with the mobile app, and it's inconvenient to check the balance and track payments. The card validity period is 3 years, but I'm already thinking about giving it up. Refunds are not an easy process either; I had to call support several times. In short, I do not advise this card, there are better options on the market.

Oh, where haven't I applied before ending up at this bank. The first thing that made me happy was the service. The female consultant was very polite and explained everything step by step. She really cares about the customer! I used to be afraid of online banking, but everything is made so convenient and clear here that even I figured it out. Transfers and payments go through quickly, without any glitches. And I also really liked the loyalty program, bonuses accumulate which can be used later. Overall, I am satisfied!
