About the card
If you frequently travel or fly on business trips, you likely spend significant amounts on purchasing airline tickets and booking hotels. If so, we recommend getting the "All Airlines" debit card from Tinkoff Bank. By paying with it, you can earn generous cashback for your travel expenses and use the accumulated bonuses to compensate for purchasing airline tickets.
Terms
Card issuance, including supplementary cards, as well as reissuance and home delivery, are completely free. Annual maintenance will cost you 299 RUB per month. It can be free if you meet at least one of the following conditions:
- maintain a minimum balance on the card starting from 10,000 RUB per month;
- have a loan with Tinkoff Bank issued to this card account.
If none of these conditions are met, you will need to pay a monthly maintenance fee for the debit card. Additionally, you can enable transaction alerts. The cost of this service is 59 RUB per month with a Tinkoff Mobile subscriber number and 99 RUB per month without it.
Tinkoff does not charge for using the mobile app and online banking — you can use them completely free of charge. You can also receive free notifications about card issuance, replenishment, activation, blocking, and transactions in online banking and the mobile app.
You can top up your card for free at Tinkoff Bank's own ATMs and via transfers from other banks using any of the methods listed below:
- by your bank card number;
- by your phone number via the Faster Payments System;
- via bank account details.
You can also top up the "All Airlines" Mir payment system card for free at Tinkoff Bank partner locations, provided that the total transaction amount does not exceed 150,000 RUB per month. Otherwise, you will need to pay a 2% fee.
You can withdraw cash from the debit card for free at Tinkoff Bank's own ATMs up to 500,000 RUB per month, as well as at other banks' ATMs if two conditions are met:
- the withdrawal amount exceeds 3,000 RUB;
- the total monthly transaction amount does not exceed 100,000 RUB.
In other cases, you will need to pay a fee of 2% of the transaction amount, but not less than 90 RUB.
You can transfer money for free between your own accounts and to other Tinkoff Bank clients. You can make transfers to clients of other credit institutions without commission by phone number via the Faster Payments System up to 5 million RUB per month.
You can also transfer money to clients of other banks for free by card number up to 20,000 RUB per month. For exceeding this limit, you will need to pay a fee of 1.5% of the transaction, but not less than 30 RUB.
Like other banks, Tinkoff rewards its clients for cashless purchases made with a debit card and accrues cashback for such transactions. Thus, by paying with the "All Airlines" card, you can receive:
- 1% of the spent amount for regular purchases if the minimum balance on the card was less than 100,000 RUB per month;
- 1.5% for regular purchases if the minimum balance on the card was greater than 100,000 RUB per month;
- up to 1.5% for airline ticket purchases on the websites of Aeroflot, S7, Pobeda, Utair, and Ural Airlines;
- up to 5% for airline ticket purchases on the Tinkoff Travel website;
- up to 10% for hotel bookings on the Tinkoff Travel website;
- up to 30% for purchases made via special offers from T-Bank.
You can spend the earned cashback to compensate for purchases of any airline tickets priced at 6,000 RUB or more. You can exchange bonus miles for rubles at the rate of 1 mile = 1 RUB.
Pros:
- free issuance of primary and additional cards, as well as their reissue;

How to apply
Tinkoff Bank does not have physical offices where you could walk in and apply for a bank card. For this reason, you can apply for the "All Airlines" card only online — in the Tinkoff internet bank or mobile app. To do this, you need to:
- go to the T-Bank website;
- click the "Apply for card" button;
- provide your full name, mobile phone number, email address, date of birth, and citizenship;
- provide your nickname and promo code, if you have one;
- click the "Apply" button;
- enter the confirmation code from the SMS message;
- provide the full delivery address, date, and time of the meeting with the courier;
- click the "Order Delivery" button.
After you fill out the application form, a Tinkoff Bank representative will contact you to coordinate your address, date, and time for meeting the courier. On the scheduled day, you will only need to sign the card maintenance agreement and receive the documents.
