Terms
Issuance of the main card, as well as its reissue, is free. For an additional card, the holder will need to pay a one-time fee of 5,000 RUB. The cost of obtaining a new card to replace an old one due to loss of the credit card, loss of the PIN code, change of personal data, etc. is 1,000 RUB.
The bank does not charge a card maintenance fee for the first year from the date of receipt. Starting from the second year, the owner will need to pay 3,490 RUB. Additionally, you can enable deposit and expense notifications. The service is always free.
The credit limit on the "UnionPay 180-day 0%" card ranges from 10,000 to 1,000,000 RUB. The available amount is determined by the bank for each borrower on an individual basis.
The grace period on the credit card is up to 180 days — it depends on the transaction date. The interest-free period applies only to purchases, excluding cash withdrawals and borrowed funds transfers.
The minimum payment amount at Gazprombank is 3% of the remaining debt at the end of the previous billing period, but not less than 500 RUB. Making mandatory payments is necessary to avoid overdue debt and cancellation of the grace period.
Gazprombank does not accrue interest on purchases made within the 180-day grace period. Outside of it, the rate is:
- from 24.9% to 24.9% per annum on purchases;
- from 39.9% to 69.9% per annum on cash withdrawals, borrowed funds transfers, and equivalent transactions.
If the monthly payment is not received on time, Gazprombank charges a penalty. The penalty is 0.1% per day of the overdue debt amount.
The cardholder can withdraw cash for free at ATMs worldwide up to 50,000 RUB per month. If this limit is exceeded, they must pay a commission of 5.9% of the transaction plus 590 RUB. For transfers of borrowed funds, the bank charges 4.9% of the amount plus 390 RUB.
By paying for purchases with a credit card, the borrower can receive cashback of up to 50% of the spent amount at Gazprombank partner stores.
