Anyway, I got myself a Tinkoff card. They gave me a pretty good limit, I didn't even expect it. The interest is a bit high, but the cashback makes up for it. Online banking is convenient, I set up auto-payments without any issues. The card is serviced quickly, the application was reviewed in a couple of days. Refunds are also without delays. I called customer service a couple of times, they answer reasonably and help out. I recommend it!

They immediately gave a limit of 100 thousand, cool. Their online banking is convenient, all card info is available - balance, statements, auto-payments. Card maintenance is free, they only charge a fee for cash withdrawals at other banks' ATMs. And there is cashback, a small thing, but nice. In general, no problems so far, everything is clear and straightforward. I hope it stays that way.
