I recently purchased an All Games card from T-Bank. I was tempted by the idea of cashback for gamers, as I am an active player. Not only are the interest rates reasonable, but the credit limit is also pleasing. However, customer service is not as smooth. I submitted an application and waited a whole week for it to be reviewed! Plus, there were delays with autopayments, and I had to call support. In general, if it weren't for the slowness and some disorganization of the staff, it would be perfect. I hope the situation improves.

At first I was glad that the application was approved quickly, but then problems started. Interest is high, credit limit is low, haven't seen the promised cashback. Had to call support, where they explained that I needed to connect an additional service for cashback - a pity they didn't say about it right away. It's difficult to get money back, auto-payments don't always work properly.
