Hello everyone! I recently got a credit card from the bank, they promised 120 days interest-free. The application review time wasn't dragged out as promised – literally the next day the card was in my hands. I liked that there is both cashback and cashless payments, which is convenient for me as a woman who loves shopping. The rates after 120 days are not astronomical either. There are auto-payments, so I don't have to be afraid of forgetting to pay something. Plus, my credit history will now be built, which is great. Customer service is also in order, they immediately explained everything about how to use the card, what the limits are, and all that. In general, I like everything so far, I will use it.

Недавно оформил кредитку в Хоум Банке. Понравилось, что 120 дней без процентов, это реально выгодно. Все делал онлайн, очень удобно и быстро. Безнал работает отлично, баланс и выписки всегда под рукой в приложении. Срок действия карты долгий, это плюс. Возврат средств был один раз, без проблем. Есть программа лояльности, набранные баллы можно потратить в магазинах-партнерах. Единственное, что не очень - это обслуживание карты, но с учетом кредитного лимита и других плюсов, я готов это пережить.

I ordered a card at Home Bank, decided to try it because of the 120 days interest-free. At first I liked it, everything was fast - the application was reviewed in 2 days. But then the problems started. Online banking constantly glitches, I can't check my balance and statements. Auto-payments don't always go through on time. Customer service leaves much to be desired, you wait a long time for a response. Cashback was promised, but never returned. It's a pity, I wanted to improve my credit history, but it turned out the other way around. I won't deal with this bank anymore.
