I recently got a card at Alfa-Bank. 365 days without interest. Indeed, no interest is accrued if paid off on time. The card limit is 100 000 RUB. It's enough for me. Once did a card-to-card transfer. Everything went quickly and without issues. I also like that you can track balance and statements in the app. But card service costs 400 RUB per month. Basically, not that much. No complaints about the application review time, everything was prompt. It builds credit history normally. Cashback, though, I wish was higher.
