Got this card, top-notch customer service, polite operators who explain everything and help out. The application was reviewed quickly despite my imperfect credit history. No problems with the balance and statements, everything is clear and straightforward. They gave a good limit, but the rates bite, of course. It's very convenient that there are auto-payments, no need to worry about timely payment. The cashback is also nice, a small but pleasant bonus every month. Overall, I'm satisfied so far.

I applied for this "scary" card at Promsvyazbank. It arrived quickly, but problems started right away — I had to wait a long time for activation. Plus, customer service leaves much to be desired, they reply slowly, not always clearly. Auto-payments are set up, but the bank charges a commission for transfers. Interest on the card is high. Cashback was promised, but in reality it's less. Overall, I don't recommend it.

Взяла карту 100+ в Промсвязьбанке, думала, будет удобно. Честно, сначала все было нормально - смотрела выписки через онлайн-банкинг, пользовалась без проблем. Но потом начались проблемы. Лимит по карте обещали 100 тыс, а дали только 50. Переводы с карты на карту делать не удобно, комиссия большая. И вообще, онлайн-банкинг часто глючит, не пускает. В общем, не советую эту карту.

Прошло уже больше года, как пользуюсь кредиткой Промсвязьбанка. В целом, доволен. Обслуживание клиентов на высоте, с балансом и выписками проблем не было, автоплатежи работают как часы. Кредитный лимит меня устраивает, бонусы и кэшбек приятный бонус. Единственное, проценты немного кусаются, но это вопрос дисциплины. Рекомендую.
