I liked that the interest rate is lower than at other banks. The cashback is also not bad, especially for online shopping. But there are problems with autopayments - several times payments didn't go through, and I had to sort it out. Overall, customer service is at a normal level, they resolve issues promptly. It's inconvenient that card-to-card transfers take a long time. Plus, the card limits are lower than I would like. In general, the card is not bad, but there is room for improvement.
