I have been using the VTB Map of Opportunities for six months now. The application process was quick, despite my imperfect credit history. The credit limit is quite satisfactory, and the interest rates are lower than many others. Balance and statements are always at hand via online banking. Customer service is top-notch. The card validity period is long, which is pleasing. Autopayments work without glitches. There was an instance with a refund—everything went smoothly and quickly. Great card!

Got a card from VTB, the credit limit suited me, but the interest rates bite. I view my balance and statements via online banking, which is convenient. Customer service is a 4 out of 5, sometimes there are delays with replies. Cashback is nice, set up autopayments—forgot about utility bills. The loyalty program is mediocre.

I applied for the VTB Vozzmozhnostey Card. At first, I thought they wouldn't give it to me since I have minor credit history issues, but they reviewed the application in literally a couple of days and approved it. I liked that they issued a decent credit limit right away, and there is also a card-to-card transfer feature, very convenient! All information about the balance and statements is available in the app. I haven't had any problems with customer service so far, they always answer questions and help. The card validity period is 3 years, which makes me happy. The only thing I didn't like is the interest rates, a bit higher than I would like. But on the other hand, there is cashback and cashless payments, which compensates for the interest. The downside is no auto-payments. Overall, I am satisfied with the services.
