My impressions of the Renaissance card are quite positive. Got it a year ago, use it regularly — no complaints. The loyalty program is pleasing: cashback accumulates quite actively, especially if you use the card often. As for the rates, they are more than acceptable compared to other banks. Card maintenance is also pleasing: the mobile app works without glitches, all transactions go through quickly and without problems. Overall, I am happy with my choice.

Anyway, I decided to get this card to have a backup just in case. The interest rate is normal, not crazy. But I am happy with the customer service. At the bank, they explained everything, showed me where to click to set up autopayments. They answered all my questions. There is even cashback, albeit a small one, but still nice. Overall, so far everything is fine. We will see how it goes in the future. One downside - I had to repay the money myself, it is not debited automatically. But these are minor details. Anyway, I think I made the right choice.
