So, a couple of months ago I got an Urban card from Credit Europe Bank. I was drawn in by the loyalty program and, of course, the cashback. Indeed, the interest is returned, and I only use this card. Card maintenance is free, which is also a plus. I had to contact support a couple of times, and they resolved issues promptly. As for the balance and statements, everything is transparent and clear. The only thing was that I got a bit confused by the app at first, but I got used to it later.

I applied for an installment card at Credit Europe Bank. Mixed feelings. On the one hand, the card is convenient—sufficient limit, cashback, and the ability to make card-to-card transfers. Auto-payments are an absolute lifesaver! But customer service leaves much to be desired. It's hard to get through to the bank on the phone, and visiting a branch means waiting in lines. Balance and statements arrive with a delay. Overall, the card is not bad, but there are issues with customer service.

Got myself this URBAN CARD. They gave me a normal limit, there is cashback, card maintenance is fine, and everything can be done via online banking. Statements and balance are always at hand. The card validity period is long. Card-to-card transfers are hassle-free, and the credit limit suits me. The application was reviewed quickly, even with my credit history.
