I have been using a T-Bank card for a long time, I got it for cashless payments, but I use all the benefits. The loyalty program is super, I constantly get cashback, it's very convenient to pay with auto-payments, and track the balance and statements via online banking. I like the card maintenance, the validity period is as long as 3 years. I make card-to-card transfers without problems, the credit limit suits me. The card limits are normal, interest rates too. Most importantly, it has a good effect on my credit history. Getting the card took a little time, but it was worth it. Their service is simply top-notch!

I got the Tinkoff Platinum card for installments. In general, installments are cool, they save you in difficult times. The card was sent quickly, the validity period is the usual 3 years. I use cashless payments, everything is fine. The loyalty program is also cool, a bunch of bonuses and cashback. But there are problems with customer service - they respond slowly, consultants are not always aware of all issues. My credit limit is around 100k, but the interest for using credit is a bit high. Statements and balances arrive on time, without delays. Overall, a decent tool, but there is room for improvement.

Customer service is so-so. Online banking is fine, it's convenient that you can transfer from card to card. Overall, a normal card, but the service leaves much to be desired.
