The bank began operations in 1990 under the name Lenbank JSC, and was renamed Saint Petersburg as early as 1991. In 1995, the financial institution began working on its main focus areas: collection services, foreign exchange, and dealing operations. - 2.7% to Sergey Matvienko;
- 2.54% to the financial holding UBS Group AG;
- 2.36% to treasury shares acquired by the credit organization.
The Chairman of the Management Board of the bank is Alexander Vasilyevich Savelyev, and the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board is Elena Viktorovna Ivannikova.
