FORA-BANK

The organization's history dates back to 1992. Back then, amid the active development of the private banking sector, it was established under the name Avtokombank. It wasn't until 1997 that it adopted its current name, FORA-BANK.

In 2002, Samvel Sarkisovich Karapetyan became the controlling shareholder of the company. This served as an impetus for expanding the bank's geographical presence. First, an additional office opened in Kaluga, and then the credit institution began growing its network by opening branches in various Russian cities. 

Today, numerous FORA-BANK offices are located in Moscow, the Moscow region, Adler, Armavir, Kolomna, Krasnodar, Nizhny Novgorod, Perm, Rostov-on-Don, Sochi, Stavropol, Tver, Tula, Tambov, Yaroslavl, and several other cities across the country.

Today, FORA-BANK's shares are distributed as follows:

• 39.5% of shares are owned by Stroypolimerkeramika LLC;
• 12.5% by Samvel Sarkisovich Karapetyan as an individual;
• 9.33% by Alfarielty LLC;
• 7.83% by ID Alkotek LLC.

An even larger portion of the shares is owned by KPF Delymos LLC. 

The Chairman of the Board of Directors is Hayk Serzhikovich Ignatyan, and the Chairman of the Management Board is Sergey Vitalievich Balakin. 

The company provides services to both individuals and small and medium-sized businesses. However, the company places a greater emphasis on lending

Today, customers can apply for just two debit cards with the company:

Among credit cards, clients are offered only one card: "Fora-Bank".
