Very convenient to work with VTB, especially via internet banking. I use a salary card, everything is precise, without delays or glitches. Salary always arrives on time, sometimes even earlier than promised. Customer service is on point, all issues are resolved quickly, managers are polite and competent. A bit inconvenient that branches are not everywhere, but overall, I am satisfied.

I dropped by OTP Bank to get a credit card since I needed money. The low interest rates were a pleasant surprise. Everything was processed quickly, and the consultant was very polite. However, the credit limit is a bit small, I would like it to be higher. The loyalty program is also not that great, I hope they improve it in the future.
