At first, of course, as usual, everything is ideal: rates are reasonable, service is top-tier. But then things got messy. They constantly change interest rates, and not in my favor. And they distribute credit limits rather strangely, sometimes raising them, sometimes lowering them. The service has also gotten worse; often you have to wait for an operator for about 15 minutes. Overall, I'm not very happy with them and won't work with them anymore.

Привет всем! Я таки решила отзыв оставить о банке, где взяла кредит. Сначало все было ок, проценты терпимые, но потом они как-то сразу повысились. Обслуживание клиентов норм, но вот с кэшбэком обещанным проблемы - не видать его как своих ушей. Кредитный лимит обещали увеличить, а разговоры все остались разговорами. Вообщем, осталась не в восторге.
