Я в основном пользуюсь онлайн-банкингом и мобильным приложением и в целом очень довольна. С ними удобно и просто работать. Единственное, что меня немного напрягает - это процентные ставки. Хотелось бы, чтобы они были чуть ниже. А в остальном все отлично: и обслуживание клиентов на высоте, и качество обслуживания тоже не подводит.
