Безналичные платежи, переводы с карты на карту без проблем, автоплатежи работают, как часы. И кэшбек приятный бонус. Обслуживание карты бесплатное, комиссии минимальные. Процент на остаток радует, баланс и выписки всегда под рукой в приложении. А еще быстро рассмотрели заявку и выпустили карту. В общем, советую!

Got this card from VTB, well, like, interest on the balance sounds cool. But when I started using it, I realized not everything is so rosy. Cashback was promised, but it's only for certain categories, and even then not always credited. Online banking lags; sometimes I log in to check my balance or statement, and the system freezes. Card-to-card transfers are fine, but the fees are harsh. Also, customer support leaves much to be desired, they take a long time to answer questions.

It's inconvenient that the card validity period is only 3 years. And also commissions for cash withdrawals at other banks. But I like that there is cashback, auto-payments, and also interest on the account balance. Customer service is good, everyone is polite. In general, I am happy with the card.
