Cashback was promised, but it's only for certain categories, and even then not always credited. Online banking lags; sometimes I log in to check my balance or statement, and the system freezes. Card-to-card transfers are fine, but the fees are harsh. Also, customer support leaves much to be desired, they take a long time to answer questions.
