The interest on the account balance is also pleasing. The card's design is stylish, nice to hold in your hands. The bank's service is top-notch; they are always ready to help and advise.

No problems with online banking; balance and statements arrive on time. The card's validity period suits me as well. Card-to-card transfers happen without delays. Customer service hasn't disappointed me yet. All auto-payments go through without glitches. Overall, I use it and I'm happy, I recommend it.

Кэшбэк за покупки, беспроблемные безнал платежи, автоплатежи настроил без проблем. Комиссии адекватные, процент на остаток приличный. Онлайн-банкинг работает без сбоев, всегда в курсе о балансе и выписках. Срок действия карты долгий, а обслуживание клиентов на высоте. Заявку рассмотрели быстро, карту сделали. Рекомендую!

Пользовался Умной картой UnionPay от Газпромбанка для покупок в онлайн-магазинах. Удобно, быстро, без проблем.

Я в Альфа-Банке уже довольно долго, и недавно оформил дебетовую карту. Операции по карте очень удобно контролировать через онлайн-банкинг, и есть возможность настроить автоплатежи. Комиссии за переводы с карты на карту минимальные, а вот кэшбэк мог бы быть и побольше.

Оформил эту карту для шопинга на Али. Сначала все было норм, но потом начались проблемы. Пришлось звонить в поддержку, там долго не могли понять в чем дело. Плюс, комиссии за обслуживание карты вовсе не маленькие. Хотя обещают кэшбэк, но он тоже маленький. В общем, не очень довольн.

It’s very convenient that there are no maintenance fees even with a zero balance. And the mobile app allows me to quickly transfer money or pay bills. I’m very satisfied with Sberbank!
