Hello everyone. I got this Halva card thinking it would help, but no, just one problem after another. Small limit, payments don't always go through, sometimes gets declined. Card maintenance is expensive, they basically charge a commission on every purchase. Checking the balance is a whole ordeal, statements are hard to figure out. Auto-payments keep getting charged even when not needed. Damages your credit history. Overall, do not recommend.

Мобильное приложение банка очень удобное, все понятно, переводы и платежи делаю без проблем, даже моя мама с ним справляется. Процентные ставки нормальные, не космические. Очень нравится кешбэк и бонусы, накопила уже неплохую сумму. Но вот обслуживание клиентов оставляет желать лучшего. Долго ждешь, когда с тобой свяжутся, а когда связываются, то как-то не очень вежливо. Может, конечно, мне просто не повезло, но впечатление сложилось именно такое. В общем, если бы не этот минус, то было бы вообще замечательно.

Доброго времени суток! Вот решил оставить свой отзыв про Т-Банк. Пользуюсь уже около года, все устраивает. Карта с кэшбэком, приятная фишка, особенно когда возвращают за покупки на АЗС и в магазинах. Мобильное приложение удобное, все под рукой, даже с моим-то телефоном норм работает. Проценты по кредитам немного высоковаты, но в целом, норм. Обслуживание тоже на высоте, звонил пару раз, все объяснили, помогли. В общем, пока все нравится, буду и дальше пользоваться.
