Пользуюсь уже пару месяцев, пока претензий нет. Комиссии за обслуживание карты не заметил, все как было обещано. Кэшбэк за покупки билетов - вещь! Не маленький такой получается. Онлайн-банкинг удобный, все понятно, даже для меня, не особо разбирающегося. Переводы с карты на карту делаются быстро, без лишних заморочек. Автоплатежи настроил на коммуналку - и забыл про нее. Короче, удобно и выгодно. Остаток на карте тоже не пропадает, проценты капают. В общем, доволен как слон. Рекомендую всем, кто много летает.

Карта с кэшбэком, приятная фишка, особенно когда возвращают за покупки на АЗС и в магазинах. Мобильное приложение удобное, все под рукой, даже с моим-то телефоном норм работает. Проценты по кредитам немного высоковаты, но в целом, норм. Обслуживание тоже на высоте, звонил пару раз, все объяснили, помогли. В общем, пока все нравится, буду и дальше пользоваться.

Но вот с обслуживанием проблемы. Менеджеры мало что объясняют, все сама выясняла. Заявку одобрили быстро, но условия не все были прозрачны. В общем, на троечку.
