Я в ВТБ обслуживаюсь уже лет 5. Дебетовую карту оформила для зарплаты, все нормально, деньги приходят вовремя. Постоянно приходят какие-то акции и предложения, правда, пока не пользовалась. Единственное, что не нравится - это их операторы по телефону... бывает, звонишь, а там как будто не люди работают, а роботы, одно и то же говорят. Иногда приходится долго ждать, пока ответят. Но в целом, если сравнивать с другими банками, где я обслуживалась раньше, ВТБ намного лучше.

Прошел месяц с момента, когда я решил открыть счет в данной организации, и я не могу не поделиться своим опытом. Весь процесс оказался невероятно простым и быстрым. Заявку на открытие счета я подал онлайн, и уже через несколько дней получил свою карту. Очень порадовало, что не пришлось стоять в очередях и тратить время на оформление документов. Также я оценил удобство мобильного приложения, с помощью которого можно контролировать свои финансы, оплачивать счета и делать переводы. В целом, я доволен выбором и буду рекомендовать данную услугу своим друзьям и знакомым.

Оформила карту, привлекло возврат средств и лояльность. Но баланс и выписки всегда путаю, онлайн-банкинг не поняла как пользоваться, сложно мне. Кредитный лимит нормальный, обслуживание карты тоже без проблем. Про автоплатежи забыла, надо настроить. Переводы с карты на карту делала, удобно. Безнал не всегда работает как надо. Срок действия карты долгий, но про кредитную историю беспокоюсь, вдруг просрочу.

Оформил эту карту, заявку рассмотрели быстро, но кредитный лимит оказался ниже ожидаемого. Онлайн-банкинг удобный, автоплатежи работают без сбоев. Процентная ставка высоковата, но кэшбек компенсирует. Безналом оплачиваю все, проблем не возникало. Обслуживание на высоте, операторы всегда помогают. Вернули деньги за ошибочный перевод. Недостаток - невысокие лимиты на переводы. В целом, доволен.

Fees for card-to-card transfers are reasonable. Respect for customer service, polite and prompt. I like that there is cashback and a loyalty program, small but pleasant savings. The card validity is also fine, 3 years. In general, the All Inclusive debit card is a good choice for a regular working guy like me. Convenient, fast, without unnecessary hassle.

Ребята, ну честно сказать, банк неплохой. Взял кредитку, проценты как везде, но кэшбэк хороший, да и бонусы накапливаются. Плюс обслуживание порадовало, не то что в других банках. Переводы делаю без проблем, картой пользуюсь постоянно, лимиты норм. Да, и программу лояльности оценил, много плюшек приятных. Так что советую!

Hello everyone. I got this Halva card thinking it would help, but no, just one problem after another. Small limit, payments don't always go through, sometimes gets declined. Card maintenance is expensive, they basically charge a commission on every purchase. Checking the balance is a whole ordeal, statements are hard to figure out. Auto-payments keep getting charged even when not needed. Damages your credit history. Overall, do not recommend.
