MTS Money Zero Credit Card: Terms of Use
The MTS Money Zero credit card combines favorable terms with modern technical solutions. After applying and signing the contract, customers receive a product with high fraud protection.
- Card Issuance and Annual Service Fee
Issuing the card costs 299 RUB. Since this amount is charged to your credit account, you automatically become a debtor upon receiving the card. Although there is no annual service fee, if you have an outstanding balance, the bank charges 30 RUB daily. This sum is small, but failing to top up the account on time can impact your household budget.
- Credit limit
The credit limit for this card is 150,000 RUB.
Note! Only regular and loyal bank customers can expect this amount. For new borrowers, it is significantly lower.
- Interest rate
If you repay the debt on time, you pay nothing. Otherwise, the interest rate is 10%.
- Penalties
For each overdue day, the bank charges 0.1% on the outstanding balance.
- Card Reissuance
The bank has set a fixed cost of 299 RUB for issuing and reissuing the card.
- Card Delivery
Delivery is free.
- Cashback
8% cashback is credited for services at MEDSI clinics if the client has made no transactions at these clinics in the last 12 months. Otherwise, the cashback is 3%.

Russian citizens meeting the following requirements can apply for the MTS Money Zero credit card:
- Permanent or temporary registration in the Russian Federation.
- Age between 20 and 70 years.
- Income of at least 8,000 RUB.
- Active mobile phone (carrier does not matter).

Method 1 — Via the bank's official website through Personal Account
This is the most optimal option, available anywhere with internet access. To register and create a Personal Account, simply enter your passport details, contact information, residential address, and a code word for further communication with a consultant into the online form. After filling out the form, submit it to the lender.
Method 2 — At the nearest branch
You will need a passport and proof of income (not always required).
You can apply for the MTS Money Zero credit card online. Cards can be collected directly at the financial institution's office or at the nearest MTS retail store. Courier delivery is available: 1-2 days in Moscow and St. Petersburg; 2-5 business days in other regions.
Apart from PayPass contactless payments, the credit card does not offer additional features. It provides several options for topping up the account:

- Bank-owned terminals;
- on the organization's official website via an MTS card;
- ATMs (by depositing personal funds or as a transfer);
- bank branch;
- MTS store.
In the last two cases, funds are credited to the account within 24 hours. No transfer fee is charged.
