Взял кредит под залог квартиры. Все прошло нормально. Интересная штука, процентная ставка вполне приемлемая, ниже чем в других банках. Оформление быстрое, понятное, без лишних бумаг. Кредитный лимит хороший, решил все свои финансовые проблемы. Сроки кредитования тоже нормальные. В общем, удобно. Но вот обслуживание... сотрудники, конечно, вежливые, но чета долго все у них. Хотелось бы побыстрее. Ну и еще важный момент - все условия прозрачные, без всяких скрытых платежей и процентов. В общем, пока все ок.

Обслуживание клиентов на высоте, все четко и быстро, без лишних вопросов. Заявку одобрили быстро, правда пришлось ждать немного, зато без лишних бумажек и справок. Все условия кредита прозрачные и понятные, без всяких скрытых комиссий и штрафов. Так что в целом я доволен, хоть и залог пришлось оставить, но деньги нужны были срочно. В общем, рекомендую.
