В целом, неплохой банк. Процентные ставки на вкладах нормальные, но есть и по лучше. Качество обслуживания тоже неплохое, но бывают задержки с переводами и платежами, из-за чего приходится терять время. Что касается обслуживания клиентов, то здесь все отлично, менеджеры всегда на связи, помогают решать проблемы. Но вот прозрачность условий оставляет желать лучшего, бывают ситуации, когда что-то не очень понятно. Вообщем, есть к чему стремиться.
