MegaDengi
About the loan
Although the microcredit company MegaDengi is not a household name, it has been operating in the microfinance market since 2019. During this time, it has established itself as a responsible and reliable lender. The company currently specializes exclusively in issuing small microloans up to 30,000 RUB. Here are the microcredit terms at the MFI MegaDengi, borrower and document requirements, and what is needed to get a loan with interest here.
Terms
As mentioned above, you can only get a small microloan here — from 3,000 to 30,000 RUB. You can take it out for a period from 5 to 30 days with a single lump-sum repayment at the end of the loan term. You can also borrow funds for a term of 10 to 24 weeks with gradual repayment in installments once every 2 weeks.
In the first case, new borrowers are eligible for a first interest-free microloan. To obtain it, you need to apply for an amount from 3,000 to 10,000 RUB for a term of 5 to 10 days and repay the debt on time without any overdue payments.
In the second case, customers can only get a microloan with an interest rate of 0.8% per day or 292% APR. The same interest rate applies to short-term loans outside promotional offers.
Early repayment is available at this microfinance organization, just like at any other microcredit company. To pay off the loan early, it is sufficient to pay the principal balance and the interest accrued only for the actual days the money was used.
Moreover, the client does not need to give advance notice to the lender about their intention to pay off the loan early, unlike with traditional bank loans.
In addition to early repayment, loan extensions are also available at this microcredit company. To use the renewal service, you only need to pay the interest accrued for the actual days the money was used. The principal balance will be rolled over to a new term.
You can activate this option in your personal account on the official MFI website. This method helps avoid overdue payments, penalties, and a resulting decline in your credit score.
If a client does not have sufficient funds to repay the microloan and does not request an extension, the microfinance organization charges a penalty for breach of contract terms. The penalty rate is 20% per annum.
For example, if a borrower received 30,000 RUB for 21 days and missed a payment, the penalty amount will be 16.39 RUB for each day of default. In addition to the fine, the borrower will also need to pay the interest accrued from the first day of using the funds.
Furthermore, information about the overdue payment will be reported to the Credit Bureau, which will negatively impact the credit history and lead to loan denials in the future.
Overall, microfinance organizations do not impose strict requirements on their clients. In this case, to qualify for a microloan, you must meet the following criteria:
- have Russian citizenship;
- have permanent or temporary registration in Russia;
- be at least 18 years old;
- have full legal capacity at the time of signing the agreement.
As for documents, only a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation is usually required to submit an application. However, the microfinance organization reserves the right to request a second document:
- A INSURANCE NUMBER (SNILS);
- a pension certificate or a statement confirming pensioner status;
- a driver's license;
- A TAX ID (INN);
- international passport;
- military ID.
Applying also requires any internet-enabled device, a mobile phone with a camera and an active SIM card, and a personalized bank card with a positive balance.
Currently, you can only receive a loan from this MFI via transfer to a Mir, Visa, or Mastercard bank card.
You can repay your debt to the MFI using the following methods:
- via a Mir, Visa, or Mastercard bank card — enter your card details in your personal account, and the required amount will be debited on the payment date;
- via bank account details: in your internet bank or mobile app, you will need to enter the MFI's details, the contract number, and the payment amount;
