About the card
"Pribyl" is a profitable debit card from Uralsib. The bank offers attractive service terms for cardholders, especially if you receive your salary on it and keep your savings in the account.
Terms
Issuance of primary and additional cards, as well as their reissuance at the bank's initiative, is completely free of charge. The annual maintenance fee is 99 RUB per month, but it can be free if you meet one of the following conditions:
- make purchases of 10,000 rubles or more per month;
- receive deposits to the card totaling from 20,000 RUB per month.
Additionally, you can enable transaction alerts. The cost of this service is 99 RUB per month. Transaction alerts are free for the first two months of service.
You can top up your card for free at Uralsib's own ATMs. Top-ups without commission are also possible via transfers from another bank using any of the methods listed below:
- by bank card number;
- by phone number via the Faster Payments System;
- via bank account details.
You can withdraw cash for free at Uralsib's own ATMs and partner bank ATMs: VTB, Raiffeisenbank, Rosbank, Otkritie, and Alfa-Bank. For cashing out at devices of other credit institutions, you will need to pay a commission of 1% of the transaction amount, but not less than 199 RUB.
You can transfer money for free between your own accounts, as well as to other Uralsib clients. You can make transfers to clients of other credit institutions without commission by phone number via the Faster Payments System for amounts up to 100,000 RUB per month. If the limit is exceeded, you will need to pay a commission of 0.5% of the transaction, but not more than 1,500 RUB. The fee for transfers by card number is 1.5% of the amount, but not less than 60 RUB.
Like other banks, Uralsib rewards its clients for using a debit card and accrues cashback for purchases. Thus, you can receive:
- 1% of the spent amount for purchases using cards connected to the "Uralsib Bonus" loyalty program with total spending from 10,000 RUB per month;
- an additional 1% if there is a credit card debt of 10,000 RUB or more for at least one day in a month, or if you have a consumer or car loan with a balance of 100,000 RUB or more at the beginning of the month;
- an additional 1% if you have a premium service package or a credit card debt of 150,000 RUB or more for at least one day in a month.
Uralsib also accrues interest on the card balance. Thus, you can receive:
- 13% per annum on the balance up to 500,000 RUB in the first month of service and in the second month if you make purchases of 10,000 RUB or more per month;
- 10% per annum on the balance up to 500,000 RUB if you make purchases of 10,000 RUB or more per month;
- 0.1% per annum in other cases on the balance up to 500,000 RUB.
Pros:
- free issuance of primary and secondary cards, as well as their reissuance upon expiration;
- free card maintenance subject to the terms of the agreement;
- free use of the mobile app and online banking;
- free card top-up at Uralsib ATMs and via transfers from other banks;
- free cash withdrawal at Uralsib ATMs and partner bank ATMs;
- free transfers within Uralsib and to clients of other banks by phone number via the Faster Payments System for amounts up to 100,000 RUB per month;
- accrual of cashback up to 3% of the purchase amount;
- accrual of up to 13% per annum on the card balance.
Cons:
- paid card maintenance if contract terms are not met;
- high commission for top-ups and cash withdrawals when limits are exceeded.
How to apply
You can apply for a debit card either at a Uralsib branch or online via the official website of the credit institution. In the first case, you will need to visit the bank office with your passport. To apply online, you will need to:
- go to the official Uralsib website;
- click the "Get Card" button;
- enter your last name, first name, middle name, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, and check the box agreeing to the terms of information transfer;
- click the "Continue" button;
- enter the SMS code;
- specify the courier delivery city, street, house, building, block, apartment, and delivery date;
- click the "Next Step" button;
- enter your codeword, passport details, registration and actual residential addresses;
- click the "Submit Application" button.
