- Cash withdrawals at ATMs belonging to other banks (not Home Credit Bank) incur a fee of 100 RUB per transaction, with a withdrawal limit of 50,000 RUB per day. Withdrawals at Home Credit Bank ATMs are free of charge. Withdrawals outside the Russian Federation are not available.
- No commission is charged for cash withdrawals at Home Credit Bank ATMs up to 600,000 RUB per month or per day. In other cases, the fee is 10% of the amount.
- For money transfers to another bank, excluding credit obligations, the fee is 1% of the amount, but not less than 500 RUB and not more than 2,500 RUB.
- Online banking for internal transfers within the credit institution is 0 RUB, other operations cost 10 RUB per transaction.
- Transfers using information services to VISA, MIR, and Mastercard cards of other issuing banks cost 1% of the amount, but not less than 100 RUB.
- Using the Visa information service costs 0.8%, with a minimum of 33 RUB; using the Mastercard information service costs 25 RUB or 0.8%; using the MIR information service costs 0.8%, with a minimum of 45 RUB.
- No transfer fee is charged for amounts up to 300,000 RUB.
- SMS alerts cost no more than 59 RUB per month.
