You receive cash only at the office and can use it at your discretion. "Zaimkart" holders can use the payment instrument only in the following cases:
- For purchases in physical stores.
- For making online purchases.
- For cash withdrawals at ATMs. For amounts up to 2,000 RUB, the fee is 100 RUB; for amounts over 2,000 RUB, there are no fees.
An interest rate reduction at "Otlichnye Nalichnye" is allowed only when taking out a second and subsequent loan. Promotions apply to pensioners and disabled individuals of groups 1 and 2. Additional information confirming eligibility for the reduced microloan interest rate must be provided.
