- Applying for an online loan with "Otlichnye Nalichnye" requires a mandatory visit to the office after approval. You must undergo identification directly at the office; remember to bring the documents specified in your application.
You receive cash only at the office and can use it at your discretion. "Zaimkart" holders can use the payment instrument only in the following cases:
- For purchases in physical stores.
- For making online purchases.
- For cash withdrawals at ATMs. For amounts up to 2,000 RUB, the fee is 100 RUB; for amounts over 2,000 RUB, there are no fees.
An interest rate reduction at "Otlichnye Nalichnye" is allowed only when taking out a second and subsequent loan. Promotions apply to pensioners and disabled individuals of groups 1 and 2. Additional information confirming eligibility for the reduced microloan interest rate must be provided.

If the borrower fails to repay the loan on time, they have the opportunity to extend the microcredit term from 7 to 20 days, provided they pay the interest for the previous period.
