How points are awarded

Rewards are awarded under the "Bonus 5x10" program, which allows cardholders who regularly use the banking product to receive such benefits:

• Additional cash back (regardless of whether the purchase is made with borrowed or personal funds).
• Additional installment months (when purchasing goods using borrowed funds).

The bonus program is valid until 31.12.2022, but may be extended unilaterally. It is available to all Halva cardholders, except for those cards that do not have a credit limit. To receive rewards, you need to progress through levels from 0 to 30. For each level, the participant can receive +1, provided that there were at least 5 purchases during the reporting period. If you have a loan or deposit with Sovcombank, the number of points is doubled.

If the user makes at least one purchase during the reporting period, the level is retained. If no purchases are made, the level decreases (not below zero). You can move up the "steps" an unlimited number of times. The bank sets no restrictions.

Procedure for receiving rewards under the "Bonus 5x10" project

Rewards are provided by issuing a promo code to the client. The secret set of digits can be found in the mobile app in the corresponding section. The promo code is valid for 1 month from the moment it appears in the section.

Rewards will be available to participants who, since starting their journey up the level "ladder," have made 30 or more purchases using the Halva card with borrowed funds, where the value of each transaction is at least 100 RUB.

As soon as the participant receives the reward, the levels decrease. If the reward was received at levels 1–5, it drops to zero; at level 6, it drops to one. Levels can be increased again by making 30 purchases of 100 RUB or more each.

How to check how many points are in your account

If you decide it is time to exchange your points for rubles, check how many you have managed to accumulate. Bonuses are displayed in your personal account. To view them, go to the "History" section using your personal account or the app downloaded to your phone.

The Halva card also awards points for purchases made in foreign currency. The transaction amount is calculated using the ruble equivalent set by the bank's rates established on the purchase date.

All bonuses accumulate during the reporting period. They can be viewed in the preliminary display account "To be awarded." Within 10 days after the end of the reporting period, they are credited to the "Available for redemption" account.

The maximum amount of points available for exchange after the reporting period is 5,000. If this figure is higher, bonus points are not awarded for the latest purchases.

Cashback

Users who make 5 or more purchases totaling at least 10,000 RUB during the reporting period can participate in the cashback points program. Points are awarded only if this condition is met.

If you purchase goods from partner merchants using your phone, you get 2.0% back if the purchase does not exceed 5,000 RUB. If the total purchase amount is from 5,000 to 9,999 RUB, you will receive 4.0% cashback. The most points (6.0%) can be earned on purchases amounting to 10,000 RUB or more.

When paying with the card, regardless of the purchase amount, you will receive 2.0% cashback.

When buying goods from non-partners, you will receive 1.0% for each purchase starting from 1,000 rubles, regardless of the payment method: phone or bank card.

Note! No action is required to activate the feature. It is enabled automatically after card issuance..

The maximum cashback amount is 5,000 points. To get it, participate in promotions held by Sovcombank partners and pay for purchases using Google, Apple, or Samsung Pay. By participating in the "Refer a Friend" promotion, you can increase the maximum amount. Cash back is not awarded for installment purchases of goods.

Please note! The Halva card has MCC exclusions. These are stores and businesses where bonus points are not awarded for purchases.

Please note! Exchanging bonus points for real cash is not possible. The terms of use do not provide for this.

How to use bonuses

Cardholder points can be exchanged for all purchases made at partner stores over the past 2 months. The exchange is made at a 1:1 ratio only once a month. Since you cannot make exchanges multiple times, make sure you have accumulated the required number of points on your card. After conversion, the money is credited to the user's account, and they can use it just like other funds. For example, for purchasing medicines, cookware, food, etc.

Unfortunately, there are many operations after which points are not awarded. Among them are:

• cash withdrawals;
• transfer of borrowed money to credit cards or Debit cards third parties;
• payment for mobile communications, Internet, or banking services;
• purchase of certificates and coupons;
• top-up of social media balances or electronic wallets;
• purchase (sale) of foreign currency.

If the cardholder had overdue debt on any banking product, bonus points are not awarded in this case.

You can only get a refund in points for a specific purchase once. After the operation is completed, this purchase will become unavailable. Unused points expire 12 months after they are awarded.
