About the card
"120 + 120 Days 0% Interest" is the most profitable credit card for cash withdrawals and transfers from Zenit Bank. With it, cardholders can use cash and send money to other people interest-free. Plus, 7% cashback on purchases in the most popular categories will be a nice bonus for everyone who gets the card.
Terms
You can get and use the credit card for free. The bank does not charge any additional fees for issuing and maintaining the card. As an optional service, you can enable deposit and withdrawal notifications. This option is free for the first two months from the activation date. After that, it costs 89 RUB per month.
Zenit Bank offers one of the highest credit limits on the card — from 25,000 to 2,000,000 RUB. You will only find out the exact amount available to you when signing the agreement. This is because the limit depends on several factors, such as your credit history, debt load, salary size, place of employment, having minor children, and so on.
Although Bank ZENIT offers a large credit limit, getting the maximum amount right away is almost impossible. Especially if you are not a payroll client of the financial institution and have not opened a large deposit there.
If you are applying to the bank for the first time, you will most likely be approved for no more than 100,000 RUB. In the future, you will be able to increase the available amount. To do this, you need to use the credit card regularly and make the required minimum payments on time.
The grace period on this credit card is up to 120 days. It applies to cashless payments for goods and services, as well as cash withdrawals and credit fund transfers. The duration of the interest-free period depends on which day of the billing cycle you make the transaction.
The first day of the grace period is the first day of the month in which you pay for a purchase, withdraw cash, or transfer credit funds. In this case, the grace period will be renewed the day after the old debt is paid off.
If you do not have enough money on hand to pay off the credit card debt in full, you can pay only the required minimum payment. Its amount is 2% of the debt amount, but not less than 300 RUB, plus accrued interest.
Making the required minimum payments helps avoid overdue debt and the accrual of penalties.
As already mentioned, the bank does not charge interest on cashless payments for goods and services, cash withdrawals, and borrowed fund transfers, provided the debt is paid in full before the end of the interest-free period.
In all other cases, the overpayment on the credit card is:
- from 29.9% per annum on cashless payments for goods and services;
- from 49.9% per annum on cash withdrawals and credit fund transfers.
As mentioned above, to avoid overdue debt, you need to make at least the required minimum payments. If you fail to do so, the bank will charge a penalty of 0.1% for each day of delay.
The bank will also definitely forward information about the overdue debt to the Credit History Bureau, which will damage your credit history.
Although Bank ZENIT does not charge interest on cash withdrawals and borrowed fund transfers, these transactions are not free. You will need to pay a fee for making them. The overpayment for cash withdrawals and credit fund transfers here is 5.5% of the amount plus 500 RUB.
This credit card has a very profitable bonus program. By paying with it, you can earn up to 7% cashback in the most popular categories: "Supermarkets", "Cafes and Restaurants", "Public Transport and Taxis".
You can also get cashback from the MIR payment system:
- up to 10% for hotel bookings on the OneTwoTrip website;
- up to 50% for booking hotels, guesthouses, and so on throughout Russia.
Bank ZENIT does not impose special requirements on its clients. To become a credit card holder, you need to meet the following criteria:
- be a citizen of the Russian Federation;
- have permanent registration in the Russian Federation;
- be at least 22 and not older than 60 years;
- have a work experience at your current job from 3 months if you are an individual;
- have an experience from 1 year if you are an individual entrepreneur, business owner, or self-employed.
As for documents, if you apply for a card with a credit limit of up to 100,000 RUB, you will only need a Russian citizen passport. If you are counting on a larger amount, you will also need to provide certificates confirming your income and place of work.
Pros:
