Terrible customer service, slow application review for the card. The credit limit is low despite a good credit history. They promised high cashback, but in reality, it's small. Card maintenance is expensive, and interest rates are high. Non-cash payments do not always go through. Online banking is awful, balance updates and statements arrive with a delay. Do not recommend!

Got the LUKOIL-Tinkoff card, happy as an elephant! Service is top-notch, always helpful and prompt. Auto-payments are just a lifesaver, I no longer forget to pay bills. Gas station cashback is a super plus! The only thing is that card-to-card transfers are a bit expensive. But overall, everything is great!
