I applied for this card at Credit Europe Bank, thinking it would be useful. But to be honest, my impressions are mixed. They promised a large credit limit, but issued a ridiculously small one. Cashback was also promised to be good, but it is credited in a strange way, and it's not always clear what and how. Non-cash payments work fine, no issues in stores. The loyalty program seems to exist, but I haven't seen any benefit from it yet. Card maintenance is paid, although online banking services supposedly are included in the price. I set up auto-payments, but for some reason not all debits go through automatically. Interest rates are basically normal, but there are banks with lower rates. The card limits are a bit confusing, especially when withdrawing cash. Balance and statements arrive on time, which is pleasing. The card validity period is also normal. The application review time was quite fast, which is a plus. My credit history was checked, but I don't know how thoroughly. Customer service leaves much to be desired — they take a long time to answer questions. I haven't tried refunds, but I hope there will be no problems.

Оформил карту в Кредит Европа Банк. Готовился ждать, но сроки рассмотрения заявки порадовали - быстро. Кредитный лимит устроил, с процентами тоже все ок. А вот кэшбек мог бы быть и побольше. Онлайн-банкинг удобный, автоплатежи настроил без проблем. Обслуживание карты без нареканий. В общем, доволен.

При оформлении карты в Кредит Европа Банке, привлекло высокий кредитный лимит. Пользуюсь уже полгода, проблем не возникало. Автоплатежи срабатывают вовремя, кэшбек начисляется регулярно. Нравится онлайн-банкинг, всегда в курсе баланса и операций. Рекомендую!

I really didn't think I would ever write a review for a credit card, but this URBAN CARD is genuinely worth attention. To start with, the credit limit here is normal, even if not the largest. But most importantly – the terms. The interest is adequate, auto-payments are fantastic, no problems paying for utilities, internet, etc. Balance and statements are always at hand; I check them via the app on my phone, which is very convenient. Plus, there is a loyalty program: the more you use the card, the more bonuses you get. I want to specifically mention card-to-card transfers; I do them without commission, which is a huge help. Overall, the card is super, I recommend it. And by the way, it also helps build up your credit history if you've had problems with that.

Received the card, have been using it for two months, haven't noticed any problems. The interest rate is within reasonable limits, I would say it's average for the market. I spend some money and try to return everything within the grace period. So far I like everything.

I liked the favorable terms on this card from Credit Europe Bank, the limit suited me. I got it mainly for installment payments on appliances. I am glad there is elevated cashback on places I frequently visit.

Almost all banks already offer delivery, and I wish Credit Europe Bank also used this practice.
