I got a card at Alfa-Bank. Application review times were quite fast, the card was ready in 2 days. Service is top-notch, operators are always in touch and help with any questions. Refunds went smoothly, I set up auto-payments easily. I pay with cashless everywhere, very convenient. The loyalty program is great, accumulating bonuses. Online banking is straightforward, I check my balance and statements in a couple of clicks. The only downside is fees for certain operations.

Hi everyone! I recently got an Alfa-Card Only debit card. At first I was pleasantly surprised — the application was reviewed very quickly, in just a couple of hours. The card has no maintenance fees, which is a big plus for me. Cashless payments go through quickly and without problems, and the cashback is also a nice bonus. But there are downsides as well. The balance and statements are all fine, but the loyalty program is problematic. It exists, but I haven't yet figured out how to use it. The card's validity period is long, the interest on the balance is not the highest, but it's acceptable. Overall, I'm satisfied, but there is still room for improvement.

Generally speaking, the Alfa-Card Only is alright. I regularly use card-to-card transfers, and the fees are reasonable. The cashback is small, but still a nice touch. Customer service, however... They don't always reply quickly, and waiting can get annoying. Online banking is convenient, especially the mobile app. Refunds go through without any issues.

I am very satisfied with my Alfa-Card Only. It's convenient that you can check your balance and statements in online banking without leaving home. I especially like that they return part of the money (cashback) on purchases, not much, but nice. Commissions seem fine too, didn't notice anything extra. Customer service is top-tier, they always help and answer all questions. There was a situation when I needed to get a refund, everything went quickly and smoothly.
